Signal reel

This product is used for winding and releasing cables and optical cables that transmit weak signals (electrical signals and optical signals), such as the connecting cables of tensile sensors and optical cables connected to cameras. This cable reel is mainly used in conjunction with flat cars or gantry cranes in steel mills for mobile power supply. The output torque of the reel can be adjusted as needed on site.

Hose reel

The hose reel is a device used for winding hoses that transport water, gas, oil, and other media. It can be installed on the ground or on machinery. A hose reel generally consists of a box body, a hollow main shaft tube, a rotating joint, and a driving power component. The rotating joint is the connecting device between the stationary pipeline and the movable hose. According to the structure of the power, it can be divided into two types: spring type and torque motor type. The spring type is mainly used for small hoses of gas media over short distances, while the torque motor type is mainly used for equipment with hoses over long distances. The rotating joint can be low pressure, medium pressure, or high pressure, with a maximum pressure of up to 200 kg/cm.

Hysteresis-type power cable reel

The hysteresis-type power cable reel consists of a three-phase asynchronous motor, a single-phase bearing, a hysteresis coupler, a reduction device, and a winding drum. When the electrical equipment moves away from the power source, the cable is dragged by external force, overcoming the hysteresis torque of the hysteresis coupler. At this time, the hysteresis coupler generates slip (the unidirectional bearing acts as a brake), thereby releasing the cable on the winding drum. When the electrical equipment returns to the power source, the asynchronous motor drives the unidirectional bearing and the hysteresis coupler, amplifying the power through the reducer to drive the winding drum to retract the cable.
