Principle, Performance, Structure
The EM-type cable reel is a cable winding and unwinding device used on mobile equipment. It features a unique semi-hydraulic coupling transmission system, an armature housing, and a drum—all combined to form a constant-tension cable reel. Its main features are as follows:
1. The winding torque adjustment range is wide, and once the adjustment stabilizes, the tension remains constant.
2. Excellent synchronization performance. Thanks to its well-designed slip mechanism, the winding speed remains synchronized with the speed of the moving device.
3. Strong self-locking capability: When the drum stops rotating, the cable does not slip down.
