MW5 Series

This series is used for absorbing and lifting cast iron ingots, steel balls, pig iron blocks, machined chips; return materials, iron concentrate powder, cutting heads; packaged scrap steel, etc. The excitation method can be: rated voltage DC220V method; strong excitation method: over-excitation method.

MW61 Series

This series consists of oval-shaped lifting electromagnets, mainly used for efficiently loading and unloading scrap steel in narrow carriages. It can be customized according to the Size of the carriage.

MW22 Series

This series is the most widely used rectangular electromagnet, mainly suitable for lifting square billets, steel ingots, and large initial rolled billets, and can also be used for lifting round billets, section steel, etc. Different magnetic circuit designs are adopted for different types of steel.

MW32 Series

This series consists of widely used rectangular electromagnets, mainly suitable for lifting square billets, steel ingots, and large initial rolled billets, and can also be used for lifting rings, shaped steel, etc.

MW92 Series

Mainly used for lifting continuously smooth arc-shaped workpieces or workpieces with uneven surfaces. Due to the fast wear of the M92 series active magnetic poles and their tendency to get stuck, this series of products is generally not recommended for use.

MW19-82 series

This series is specifically designed for lifting coils. Its magnetic pole structure can adapt to coils of different diameters, and the selection of the electromagnet depends on the length of the coil. It can lift multiple bundles of coils along the length of the electromagnet or along the width, providing various combined methods, and can be operated individually for convenience in loading operations.

MW22-60 series

This series of products is used for lifting round bars of various diameters, and can also be used for lifting single large round billets and bundles of bundled bars, such as bundled rebar, with a multi-coil structure, making it a versatile lifting electromagnet.

MW12 Series

The MW12 series electromagnet utilizes a unique double-wire winding magnetic circuit structure, featuring good heat dissipation and deep magnetic permeability, capable of penetrating multiple air gaps. It can lift materials such as bars, flat iron, and angle steel that are either not bundled or only simply bundled. It can improve the deflection issue when lifting small round steel and rebar. There are standard temperature and high-temperature types available. Due to the common use of two or more units for lifting, the connection to the hanging beam often employs a two-point or four-point structure. The samples listed here are all two-point structures; please specify the specific requirements for connection to the hanging beam when placing an order. When lifting round or square billets, the outer shell is not impact-resistant and cannot be used for neatly arranged materials.

MW18 Series

The MW18 series electromagnets have good heat dissipation, deep magnetic permeability, and can penetrate multiple air gaps, featuring impact resistance. They can lift bundled materials such as bars, flat iron, angle steel, channel steel, and I-beams. They are particularly suitable for lifting square billets, round billets, and are also used in workshops for lifting bundled rebar.

MW25 Series

This series consists of widely used rectangular electromagnets, mainly suitable for lifting round billets, steel pipes, etc. It can also be used for lifting square billets, steel ingots, and large initial rolled billets, profile steel, etc. For specifications not listed in the table, refer to the MW22 series.

MW35 Series

Mainly suitable for lifting large round billets, large steel pipes, etc., it can also be used for lifting ultra-high temperature square billets, steel ingots, and large initial rolled billets, profile steel, etc. Special magnetic circuit design, characterized by deep magnetic permeability.

MW04 Series

Small diameter circular electromagnets are suitable for lifting single thin steel plates and long steel plates. They can be used as electromagnetic clamps on working machinery; they can also be used as electromagnetic hands to pick up particularly small objects. When selecting, please pay attention to the thickness, width, length, and weight of the steel plates in order to choose the best number of electromagnet specifications and control equipment.

MW84 Series

This series of products is specifically designed for lifting medium and thick steel plates. The lifting operation is safe, accurate, and quick. Considering the potential bending deformation that may occur during the lifting of long steel plates, which could affect safe handling, please use multiple electromagnetic magnets in conjunction when lifting long Size steel plates.

MW84-65, 70, 80, 90 series

Used for lifting wide and thick steel plates, lightweight, with strong suction, suitable for medium and thick plate factories or warehouses, docks, etc.

MW03 Series

According to the characteristics of the large magnetic permeability of the whole steel plate, it has the features of light self-weight and strong suction. It is used for lifting large steel ingots, continuous casting slabs, and thick steel plates. When lifting slabs over 6m, to avoid tilting caused by eccentricity, please use two cranes in tandem.
