MW5 Series

This series is designed for lifting and handling cast iron ingots, steel balls, pig iron blocks, machined chips; return materials, iron concentrate powder, cut-off ends; packaged scrap steel, and more. The excitation methods available include: rated voltage DC 220V mode; and strong excitation mode—over-excitation mode.

MW61 Series

This series features oval-shaped lifting electromagnets, primarily used for efficiently loading and unloading scrap steel in narrow vehicle compartments. Customization is available based on the specific dimensions of the vehicle compartment.

MW22 Series

This series features the most widely used rectangular electromagnets, primarily suited for lifting billets, ingots, and large initial rolling billets. They can also be used for lifting round billets and structural steel. Different magnetic circuit designs are employed to accommodate various types of steel.

MW32 Series

This series features widely applicable rectangular electromagnets, primarily designed for lifting billets, ingots, and large initial rolling blanks. They can also be used for lifting rings and structural steel sections.

MW92 Series

This series is primarily used for lifting workpieces with continuous, smooth arc-shaped surfaces or workpieces with uneven surfaces. Due to the rapid wear of magnetic poles in the M92 series and their tendency to jam easily, we generally do not recommend using this product series.

MW19-82 Series

This series is specifically designed for lifting coiled steel products. Its magnetic pole structure can accommodate coiled steel of various diameters. The selection of the electromagnet depends on the length of the coiled steel; it allows for lifting multiple bundles either along the length of the electromagnet or across its width. Multiple combination methods are available, and each electromagnet can be independently switched on or off, making loading operations convenient and efficient.

MW22-60 Series

This series of products can lift coiled bars of various diameters and is also suitable for lifting single large round billets, bundled bar stock, threaded steel bars, and more. Featuring a multi-coil structure, it is a versatile lifting electromagnet.

MW12 Series

The MW12 series electromagnets feature a unique dual-wire winding magnetic circuit design, offering excellent heat dissipation, deep magnetic penetration, and the ability to pass through multiple air gaps. They can lift bar stock, flat bars, angle steel, and other materials that are either unbound or only lightly bundled. These magnets effectively address the issue of excessive deflection commonly encountered when lifting small round bars and threaded steel bars. Available in both ambient-temperature and high-temperature versions. Since these magnets are typically used in pairs or in multi-unit configurations, their connection to the lifting beams usually employs either a two-point or four-point suspension structure. The samples listed here all feature a two-point suspension design; please specify your exact requirements for beam attachment when placing an order. When lifting square and round billets, note that the outer casing is not impact-resistant and therefore these magnets cannot be used for neatly stacking materials.

MW18 Series

The MW18 series electromagnets feature excellent heat dissipation, deep magnetic permeability, the ability to penetrate multiple air gaps, and high impact resistance. They can be used to lift bundled bars, flat bars, angle irons, channel sections, I-beams, and other similar materials. They are particularly well-suited for lifting billets—both square and round—and are also ideal for workshops that handle bundled threaded steel bars.

MW25 Series

This series comprises widely used rectangular electromagnets, primarily suitable for lifting round billets, steel pipes, and also applicable to lifting square billets, steel ingots, large initial rolling billets, and structural steel. Specifications not listed in the table refer to the MW22 series.

MW35 Series

Primarily used for lifting large round billets, large steel pipes, and also suitable for lifting ultra-high-temperature square billets, steel ingots, large initial rolling billets, and structural steel. Featuring a special magnetic circuit design, it boasts deep magnetic penetration.

MW04 Series

Small-diameter circular electromagnets are suitable for lifting single sheets of thin steel plates and long steel plates. They can be used as electromagnetic grippers on working machinery or as electromagnetic hands for picking up particularly small objects. When selecting the appropriate model, please pay attention to the thickness, width, length, and weight of the steel plates, so that you can choose the optimal number of electromagnets and the corresponding control equipment.

MW84 Series

This product series is specially designed for lifting medium- and thick-sized steel plates. Lifting operations are safe, accurate, and swift. Considering that long steel plates may bend and deform during lifting, potentially compromising safe handling, please use multiple electromagnets in combination when lifting long-sized steel plates.

MW84-65, 70, 80, 90 series

Used for lifting wide and thick steel plates, it is lightweight yet boasts strong suction power, making it ideal for medium- and thick-plate steel mills, warehouses, docks, and other similar facilities.

MW03 Series

Based on the high magnetic permeability of solid steel plates, these devices feature light self-weight and strong suction force. They are used for lifting large steel ingots, continuous casting slabs, and thick steel plates. When handling slabs longer than 6 meters, to prevent tilting caused by eccentricity, please use two cranes working in tandem.
