Case Details
This series of products is specially designed for lifting medium- and thick-gauge steel plates. Lifting operations are safe, accurate, and swift. Considering that long steel plates may bend or deform during lifting, potentially compromising safe handling, it is recommended to use multiple electromagnets in combination when lifting large-sized steel plates. For medium- and thick-gauge plates (6 mm to 32 mm), the spacing between electromagnets should typically be between 2.5 and 3.5 meters; the length of the overhanging portions at each end can be set to half the spacing. Depending on the number of plates to be lifted, this series is further divided into several models, including the 350, 400, 500, and 650 types. The 350 and 400 models are suitable for medium- and thick-gauge plate mills, shipyards, and mechanical manufacturing plants. They employ magnetic-field control and can lift either a single steel plate or a fixed number of plates at a time. The 500 and 650 models, on the other hand, are ideal for lifting as many plates as possible in a single operation.
