MW42 Series

Featuring a double-wire coil structure, this device generates powerful suction within a compact adsorption area, making it suitable for lifting multiple square billets and rail beams, as well as round billets and structural steel. It is a multi-purpose lifting electromagnet.

MW85 Series

This series features a unique magnetic circuit design with arc-shaped magnetic poles, perfectly suited to meet the requirements of lifting steel pipes. Compared to lifting methods such as using hooks and wire ropes, the electromagnet can directly contact the steel pipe from directly above, enabling efficient loading and unloading operations and significantly improving the utilization rate of the storage yard. During operation, it does not affect nearby steel pipes, ensuring operational safety while also saving energy and reducing labor intensity. This series is recommended for lifting single steel pipes.

MW17 Series

This series is specifically designed for lifting heavy rails. Due to the rapid development of railway transportation infrastructure, heavy rails are becoming increasingly longer and heavier. To meet the needs of such materials, our company has been closely monitoring major heavy-rail projects and has provided users with ideal electromagnetic lifting devices, which are now in use at specialized heavy-rail manufacturers and large-scale railway rail and beam production plants.

MW27 Series

This MW27 series electromagnet features a unique magnetic circuit. It can lift heavy rails, structural steel, and specially shaped billets. A room-temperature version is available.

MW37 Series

The MW37 series electromagnets employ a unique magnetic circuit. They can lift heavy rails, structural steel, and specially shaped billets, and are particularly well-suited for lifting bundled H-beams, I-beams, angle steels, round steel pipes, and other types of structural steel.

MW73 Series

Suitable for flipping operations during inspection and finishing of the upper and lower surfaces of slabs, and can also be used for lifting thick plates and tube billets.

MW16 Series

This type of product is used for lifting and handling steel strip coils. It is available in three models: vertical lifting, horizontal lifting, and universal (capable of both vertical and horizontal lifting). The high-temperature special electromagnet is specifically designed for the new annealing process of coiled steel sheets; it can operate at temperatures ranging from 100°C to 700°C and is suitable for lifting coils either vertically or horizontally.

ML01 Series

This series of electromagnetic shears is suitable for bar-length cutting production lines, used to convey and control the length of cut bars. The electromagnetic shear features a rational structural design, an innovative magnetic circuit layout, and a uniform magnetic field distribution.

STQL Three-Phase Silicon Rectifier Control Method

This series of equipment steps down the three-phase AC power supply via a transformer and then converts it into 220V DC voltage using a three-phase bridge silicon rectifier. The entire device consists of key components such as an automatic air switch, a transformer, a three-phase bridge rectifier assembly, and a DC contactor. The circuit is equipped with protective measures against short circuits and overvoltages. The equipment features compact size, light weight, minimal space requirements, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. When the controlled electromagnet capacity exceeds 19 kW, the rectifying transformer is mounted externally.

STQOL Series High-Excitation Control Rectifier Control Equipment

This product series features strong excitation (DC 290V) during material pickup and weak, sustaining excitation (DC 200V) during transportation. This design not only reduces power consumption but also increases the lifting capacity. It is an ideal complementary equipment for handling loose materials such as scrap steel, typically boosting operational efficiency by 15% to 30%.

DKP Series Rectifier Control Equipment

This product series employs a three-wire, two-phase half-wave rectification method. During material discharge, it utilizes the energy stored in an electromagnet to control reverse demagnetization. This product features a simple circuit design, a compact structure, small size, and light weight.

ZQC Series Rectifier Control Equipment

The ZQC series products are control devices specifically designed for microcomputer-based iron-alloy batching systems. They are widely used in cupola furnace batching as well as for the quantitative weighing control of certain magnetic materials. The output voltage can be smoothly adjusted within the range of 0 to 340 volts and can be automatically controlled by a microcomputer; alternatively, it can also be manually adjusted by the operator using a manual control device.

Elastic cable reel

The JT series power cable reels are designed and manufactured using advanced foreign technology. They are mechanical devices that use a helical coil spring as the power source, leveraging the spring’s stored energy to automatically wind up cables. These reels feature simple power supply, safe and reliable operation, and moderate cable tension. They come in three structural types: slip-ring internal mounting, slip-ring external mounting, and cantilever type. Among these, the slip-ring internal mounting design is compact and aesthetically pleasing; the slip-ring external mounting design is easy to maintain; and the cantilever type is particularly suitable for winding longer and heavier cables. Key structural features include: 1. Utilizing a helical coil spring as the power source, which consumes no electrical energy and ensures reliable operation; 2. Employing a collector slip ring-carbon brush assembly to transmit electrical power, guaranteeing dependable performance; 3. Equipped with a reversible mechanism that prevents the reel from reversing direction and breaking the spring.
