How to prevent the hook of the lifting electromagnet from swaying back and forth.
1. To prevent the swinging of the lifting electromagnet hook, the driver must comply with the operating regulations, correctly position during operation, and start slowly gear by gear. The brakes of the vehicle, large and small, should be adjusted appropriately to ensure smoothness, and stopping should be smooth, especially when handling light objects. Do not patrol with short rope hooks. By taking these measures, the electric magnetic hook and the object can be fully prevented from swimming.
2. To eliminate hook swing and stabilize the hook: When improper operation of the lifting electromagnet causes swinging, the method of using the vehicle should be employed to eliminate the pendulum. When the direction between the hooks is moving in place, and its swing has not yet reached the maximum value, the vehicle body should suddenly accelerate in the same direction, causing the hook to stop probing and remain in a non-lead position, with the speed of the vehicle body being similar to or equal to the horizontal progress of the hook. If the relative speed between the two is almost zero, the hook can be stabilized.
