Case Details
The VT-GTB(0)M(T) contactless power-off magnetic control device uses a set of three-phase fully controlled bridge-type thyristor power modules to convert three-phase AC 380V 50HZ voltage into DC voltage, providing forward excitation current for the lifting electromagnet. At the same time, it feeds back the residual energy after the material is released from the electromagnet back to the grid using this component. Another set of two-phase fully controlled bridge-type thyristor power module components converts three-phase AC 380V 50HZ voltage into DC voltage to provide reverse demagnetization current for the lifting electromagnet. The system's working status, timing, and logic control are all managed by a microcontroller digital controller. When material is being attracted, if there is a power outage, phase loss, or failure in the main rectification part, the power detector automatically releases, allowing the backup power supply to automatically feed into the electromagnet. The device emits a light and sound alarm, prompting the user to lower the attracted material within the magnetic retention time of the battery to ensure safety. The charging part of the device uses a fully automatic charging device, which automatically switches between equal charging and float charging, detects overvoltage and overcurrent, and controls charging automatically. In case of power outage, phase loss, or failure in the main rectification part, the backup power supply is automatically activated, and the indicator light for the backup power supply in the meter box lights up, while also emitting a sound and light alarm. The user can use the backup power supply to control the crane's lifting brake to safely lower the suspended steel billet or ingot to the ground.
