Hunan Shaoyang National Storage Logistics 30-ton Gantry Crane Project
This project is designed for a 30-ton gantry crane, which can lift both rebar (up to 12 meters long with the maximum diameter of a single bundle being 400mm and weighing 2.6 tons, lifting 2-3 bundles) and coils of round steel (with an outer diameter of 1.3 meters, up to 2 meters long, each bundle weighs 2.5 tons, lifting 3 bundles). Since the industry usually uses different models and structures for lifting rebar and coils of round steel separately, the customer required that both could be lifted. Thus, we designed and produced a multi-purpose lifting electromagnet (later applied for a patent: ZL 2022 2 0895732.1). The on-site use by the customer has been satisfactory.
