Hunan Changsha Sani Construction Robot Project
This project is a welding project for Sany Heavy Industry robots. The customer needs to use a set of small lifting electromagnets, which cooperate with the robot to absorb welding materials. In the past, the site used manual or claw transport to move large equipment welding parts, with low work efficiency and high cost. After consultation between both parties, the company designed and produced an electromagnetic gripper (later applied for invention: a robotic electromagnetic gripper intelligent digital control system) to cooperate with Sany's robots for transshipment of welding materials. Equipment intelligence and digitization, simple and intuitive on-site operation, stable and reliable operation, and convenient adjustment and maintenance. The customer has signed dozens of sets of this product subsequently. And it has been adopted by many enterprises.
